The 11 breed-only skills
Most active skills can be learned by leveling up or by feeding a Skill Fruit. These eleven can't — the only way to put them on a Pal is to inherit them through breeding from a parent that already has one. That makes them the whole reason to care about active-skill breeding.
How inheritance works: when two Pals breed, the offspring can inherit an active skill from either parent. To move a breed-only skill onto a target Pal, start from a carrier (a Pal that naturally has it), then breed down a chain toward your target — the skill rides the parent line. A Special Cake improves the odds of passing equipped skills down.
