Green Thumbs
Sous-Chef level
Crop cycle is Rebirth's "Crop Cycle Time" game option (each growth stage takes this long). Green Thumbs is a farming achievement that levels as you harvest; Living off the Land is a Sous-Chef ability (ranks at Sous-Chef 3, 6 and 9). Advanced Farming assumed on (Rebirth's default).

Water
Food, water, health and stamina are what the item adds when you eat or drink it. Disease is the chance to catch dysentery (your resistance perks change it). Buffs from cooked meals come from Rebirth's own food buffs; some get stronger with your Sous-Chef level, as the buff text says. The Sous-Chef also unlocks recipes as it levels, shown in the Unlock column.
